Chai Life Security is seeking a motivated and results-driven Independent Sales Representative to join our team on a temporary contract basis. This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong communication skills and a knack for building relationships. You’ll be responsible for selling our range of security solutions, such as security guard services, mobile patrols, access control systems, and security training, to businesses and organizations throughout Boston and New England. As a 1099 contractor, you’ll enjoy the flexibility of setting your own schedule while earning competitive commissions for the clients you bring on board.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunites for security services
Present and promote services to prospective clients in-person, via phone, and online
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and potential upselling opportunities
Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service activation for new contracts
Track leads, sales activity, and pipeline status for regular reporting
Qualifications
Proven track record in sales, preferably in security services or related industries
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Comfortable with prospecting, cold outreach, and networking
Familiarity with the Boston/New England market a plus
